I'm collecting $1,000,000 in the next 120 days.
Not pipeline. Not projections. Not "closed won" sitting in a CRM that nobody checks.
Cash. Collected. In my account.
Two for fifteen. Three-five for twenty-five. Nine piece for forty-five.
If you ain't got no money, get the fuck on.
I'm starting an AI infrastructure company.
We're installing AI C-suites and digital employees into med spas and personal injury law firms doing $10M to $100M a year. High ticket setup plus monthly retainer.
Why these businesses? Because they're the perfect example of niggas who keep hiring when they should be installing systems.
The microwave work good but it be stealing all your dough. That's what hiring does at scale. These firms are printing money. Revenue is up. Cases are coming in. Bookings are full. And what do they do? Hire another receptionist. Another intake coordinator. Another assistant to the assistant.
The microwave keeps running. Payroll doubles. Output stays flat. Margins get thinner every quarter. They think headcount equals growth. Nah. Headcount equals overhead bleeding your shit dry.
I'm walking into these businesses and installing infrastructure that replaces their next five hires. AI employees handling intake. Follow-up. Scheduling. Client communication. Ops. Running whether the founder is there or not.
They keep feeding the microwave. I'm showing them how to cook without losing half the product.
From sandwich bags to duffel bags.
That's the progression. That's how this million gets collected.
First you get a quarter thing. Small install. One AI employee. One workflow. Prove the value in the first 30 days. Collect the check.
Then you get a half. Expand the system. More workflows. More automation. Full C-suite buildout. AI handling ops, marketing, sales support, client communication. Infrastructure that actually runs the business.
Then you get the whole thing. Monthly retainer locked in. AI ops. Maintenance. Optimization. Recurring revenue every month while the infrastructure keeps working.
Quarter thing to half to whole thing. Sandwich bags to duffel bags. That's how you scale without scaling headcount. That's how you get to a million collected in 120 days.
My edge in this sprint is my wrist game.
When I learned my wrist game, that's when I claimed victory. Took some powder and my scale and gave it all my energy.
Translated: I know how to structure deals. I know how to close. I know how to install fast and deliver value before the client even finishes doubting whether this was the right move.
Most agencies in this space move slow as fuck. They want to strategize. Align stakeholders. Build decks. Present roadmaps. Schedule kickoff calls for the kickoff calls.
Meanwhile the client is still paying five people to do what one AI workflow could handle.
I want infrastructure live in weeks. Speed over polish. Execution over theory. Movement over meetings. That's the wrist game. That's the edge.
When you out here handling business, gotta watch for the trickery.
Protect your margins. Protect your cash flow. Don't give shit away hoping it leads to something bigger. Don't let scope creep eat your profit. Don't let slow-paying clients fuck up your runway.
You want some dope without the money? That shit a mystery. I don't do free work. I don't do "exposure." I don't do "let's start small and see how it goes" with no contract.
This is a business. Cash collected or we're not talking.
I keep meeting founders who don't have a hustle bone in their body.
They love brand building. Post content all day. Carousels. Threads. Talking about what they're "working on." Never make an offer. Never close a deal. Never look someone in the face and ask for money.
They love AI talk. Read every article. Watch every breakdown. Comment on every thread. Never actually install anything. Never generate ROI for a client. Just vibes and opinions and retweets.
They love hiring. Add headcount like it's a flex. Never ask if the role could be automated. Never question whether they're building leverage or just building payroll.
These niggas made sidewalks and grass for a reason. This shit ain't for everybody. You ain't got no business building if you don't want no money.
Stick to posting. Stick to tweeting. Stick to pretending. Because if you don't want to collect, you're not building anything. You're performing.
This is personal for me.
I've spent years building other people's shit. Agency clients. Info clients. Creators I've scaled to numbers they never thought possible. I've made a lot of people a lot of money.
This is different. This is mine. My company. My infrastructure. My target. My timeline.
$1M in 120 days isn't a goal on a vision board. It's a number I'm hunting. Every day for the next four months, I wake up and that number is the only thing that matters.
I've done enough to know this is possible. Closed enough deals to know the wrist game is there. Built enough systems to know the fulfillment won't break.
The only question is whether I stay hungry enough to collect every day for 120 days straight.
I will.
The target market is locked. Med spas and PI firms between $10M and $100M. They got the budget. They got the pain. They got the payroll bloat that AI infrastructure solves immediately.
The offer is locked. High ticket install plus monthly retainer. Enough margin to scale. Enough value to justify the price.
The execution is locked. Fast installs. Proven systems. No consulting. No theory. Infrastructure that works.
I got them nine pieces going for forty-five. Fuck with me.
Some people reading this are already calculating how they'd do something similar. They see the model and start thinking. They see the target and start figuring out how to get in position. Those are builders.
Some people reading this are finding reasons it won't work. Market's saturated. Timeline's aggressive. Offer needs more validation. They hide behind strategy because strategy doesn't require them to actually sell anything.
I've been both at different points. I know what it feels like to intellectualize instead of execute. To plan instead of move. To convince yourself that thinking about it is the same as doing it.
It's not.
The only thing that counts is collection.
You ain't got no business building if you don't want no money.
From sandwich bags to duffel bags.
120 days. $1M collected.
Watch me work.
