Most people learn a skill.

Few turn it into leverage.

Thursday I'm going live with Adam Yoder.

I've been wanting to do this stream for a minute because Adam's story is one of those that makes you rethink how you're approaching everything. He's not an insurance guy. He's an operator who happens to be in insurance. Big difference.

Adam started in media buying. He was watching niggas in the insurance space generate crazy lead volume through pay-per-call campaigns. Thousands of calls coming in. Consistent flow. Real infrastructure.

Most people would've just tried to copy the campaigns. Run some ads. Generate some leads. Sell them to whoever's buying.

Adam didn't do that. He wanted to understand what happened after the call came in. How it converted. How the money actually moved.

So he got hired at an insurance agency. Got inside the system.

First full month on the job? Top producer in the office.

Not average. Not still figuring it out. Not "showing potential." Top producer. Month one.

This nigga walked into an industry he'd never worked in and outperformed everyone in 30 days. That tells you something about how he operates.

Then he told his manager he was starting his own agency.

Got fired on the spot.

No two weeks notice. No transition. No "let's talk about this." Just done.

Most people would've waited. Would've saved up more. Would've tried to leave on good terms and keep the relationship intact.

Adam just left and started building.

He launched his own insurance agency. Scaled it to 20 agents.

The company that fired him? They eventually had to shut down that entire department.

I'm not telling you this as some revenge story. Adam doesn't even frame it like that. It's just what happened. He saw the model. Understood it better than the people running it. Built his own version. Executed.

That's the game.

Here's what made me want to bring him on.

10,000+ inbound calls in roughly six months. Just in final expense insurance.

Inbound. Not cold calling. Not dialing through lists hoping someone picks up. Not chasing. Not begging.

Calls coming to him. Infrastructure he built. Distribution he owns.

Most people in insurance are working calls. They're employees or contractors grinding through leads someone else generated.

Adam owns the calls. That's a completely different business. That's a completely different level of leverage.

This stream isn't really about insurance.

It's about owning distribution instead of renting it.

It's about taking a skill like media buying and turning it into an asset instead of a service.

Most media buyers stay stuck freelancing forever. Running campaigns for other people. Generating leads for other people. Building infrastructure for other people. Capturing none of the upside.

Then they wonder why they're not wealthy.

Adam flipped it. He didn't just learn how to generate calls. He built a business that captures all the value from those calls. He owns both sides. The lead gen and the conversion. Vertical integration.

That's the difference between having a skill and having leverage.

Thursday we're getting into all of it.

How pay-per-call actually works. The insurance arbitrage and why the margins exist. How to scale lead flow without scaling headcount. Why most media buyers stay stuck and what it takes to flip to operator.

I'm asking him questions I actually want answers to. This isn't some rehearsed interview where we both know what's coming. I want to understand how he thinks about distribution. How he built the infrastructure. What he'd do differently.

If you're a media buyer still trading time for money, this is gonna make you uncomfortable.

If you're in any lead gen business and you're selling to other people instead of capturing the value yourself, this is gonna make you rethink everything.

If you think you need years of experience before you can go out on your own, Adam's story is gonna fuck that whole narrative up.

First month. Top producer. Fired for having ambition. Built something bigger than what he left.

Thursday. 8pm EST. 7pm CST.

This isn't about insurance. It's about control.

Be there.
